Shipping time frame: 4 - 9 Business days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

These shipping times should only be used as guidelines and not as concrete timeframes.

Failed deliveries

In the rare event packages are lost in transit, please contact us at hello@kivarashop.com. We will work with the carrier to locate it or send out a replacement.

However, please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
